About Cardinal Street Bakery

Cardinal Street Bakery has been on Cardinal Street in downtown Frederick since 2019. Everything in the case is baked in-house that morning: sourdough, baguettes, croissants, morning buns, and cookies. Most Saturdays the croissants are gone by 10, so come early.

Owner Marisol Vega does every custom cake herself, from birthdays and baby showers to three-tier wedding cakes. Custom cakes need about a week of notice; wedding cakes need two to three weeks and start with a tasting.
